Turulo is a pre-launch company. The Site is provided for general information about Turulo and its planned products and partnerships. Descriptions, features, locations, timelines, pricing, and Founding Partner benefits are forward-looking, may change, and do not constitute a binding offer, guarantee, or contract. Any partnership is governed solely by a separate written agreement signed by the parties.

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to misuse it — including no attempts to disrupt, overload, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems, and no submitting false, unlawful, or abusive content through our forms.

The Site and its content — including the Turulo name, logo, text, graphics, and design — are owned by Turulo or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our prior written permission, except as needed to view the Site normally.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit through the Site, and you confirm you are authorized to submit it. By submitting an inquiry you grant Turulo permission to use that information to respond to and evaluate your request, as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not submit information you consider confidential unless we have separately agreed in writing.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Turulo and its founders, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

The Site may link to third-party websites or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and their inclusion does not imply endorsement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site, to the extent permitted by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time; the “last updated” date above reflects the current version, and continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
